Once again the winter Holidays draw to a close, all the presents are given, the wrapping paper has been recycled (we hope) and we look to the new year and new beginnings for some of us. A time of introspection and reflection on the waning year.
Many of us, traditionally, look at this time to make all kinds of resolutions for living a better or healthier life – next year. Sometimes when we falter in our good intentions we see it as failure. When maybe we should just look at each day afresh as a new opportunity to try again and make it a good day.
Whatever the year may bring Readers, may you have days filled with good health, good friends and a very Art – Full New Year. Happy 2015 from all of us at LAA!
